About the test

Tiny Health’s gut microbiome report gives an overview of your gut microbial environment, including information about beneficial bacteria, inflammation, and disease associations such as infection and metabolic health.

With your report, you will also receive a comprehensive Action Plan that provides personalized recommendations on how to improve or optimize your microbiome health. Your Action Plan may include dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
